Knitting Needles: 5.5mm [US 9].
Circular Knitting Needle: 5.5mm [US 9] – 29".
Stitch holder, yarn needle, 2 buttons, sewing needle and thread.

GAUGE: 18 sts = 4"; 24 rows = 4" in pat. CHECK YOUR GAUGE. Use any size needles to obtain the gauge.

To Fit Bust: 32 (36, 40)".
Finished Bust Measurement: 34 (38, 42)".

NOTE: Jacket is worked in one piece beginning at Left Sleeve Cuff. Change to circular knitting needle as necessary.

LEFT SLEEVE: Cast on 42 (47, 47) sts. Knit 3 rows noting that first row is the wrong side. Work in pat as follows:

Row 1 (Right Side): Knit.
Row 2: K2, * P3, K2; rep from * across.
Rows 1 and 2 form pat. Work 2 more rows even in pat, then shape sides by increase 1 st at each end of next row, then every 6th row until there are 72 (77, 77) sts, working added sts into pat. Work 5
rows even, end wrong side row. Sleeve should measure approximately 16" long.

Cast on for BACK and LEFT FRONT-Row 1
(Right Side): Cast on 61 (66, 71) sts, K to end.
Row 2: Cast on 61 (66, 71) sts, K3, * P3, K2; rep from * to last st; K1 – 194 (209, 219) sts.
Row 3: Knit.
Row 4: K3, * P3, K2; rep from * to last st; K1.
Rows 3 and 4 form pat for Back and Left Front.
Work even in pat for 30 (34, 38) more rows.

Shape Neck: K91 (99, 104) for Back, bind off next 17 sts, K to end – 86 (93, 98) sts for Left Front. Work 33 (37, 41) more rows even in pat. Bind off loosely.
With wrong side facing, join yarn to 91 (99, 104) sts for Back. Work 33 (37, 41) rows even in pat. Put sts on a holder.

RIGHT FRONT: Cast on 86 (93, 98) sts.
Row 1 (Right Side): Knit.
Row 2: K3, * P3, K2; rep from * to last 3 (0, 0) sts; P3 (0, 0).
Rows 1 and 2 form pat for Right Front. Work 2 rows even in pat.
Row 5-Buttonhole Row: K6, bind off 2 sts, K to end.
Row 6:Work to bind-off, turn, cast on 2 sts, turn, work to end.
Work even in pat for 22 (26, 30) more rows. Rep Rows 5 and 6 once more. Work 4 rows even in pat.

Join Front and Back: With right side facing, K across Back sts from holder, turn, cast on 17 sts, turn, K across Right Front sts – 194 (209, 219) sts.

Next Row: K3, * P3, K2; rep from * to last st; K1.
Work 30 (34, 38) more rows even in pat.

Shape Sides: Bind off 61 (66, 71) sts at beg of next 2 rows – 72 (77, 77) sts.

RIGHT SLEEVE:Work 6 rows even in pat.
Keeping continuity of pat, shape sides by decreasing one st at each end of next row, then every 6th row until 42 (47, 47) sts remain. Work 3 rows even. Knit 3 rows. Bind off.

FINISHING: Sew side and sleeve seams. Sew buttons to Left Front to correspond with buttonholes.
