Circular Knitting Needles: 6.5mm [US 10.5] – 29".

GAUGE: 18 sts = 4"; 26 rows = 4" in St st on smaller needles. CHECK YOUR GAUGE. Use any size needles to obtain the gauge.

To Fit Bust: 30 (32, 34, 36)".

BACK: With smaller needles, cast on 70 (74, 78, 82) sts. Work in St st, beg K row, for 22 rows, end P row.

Shape Raglans: Bind off 4 sts at beg of next 2 rows – 62 (66, 70, 74) sts. Work 2 rows even. DEC2 at each end of next row, then every 5th row 8 (9, 10, 11) more times – 26 sts. Work 3 (4, 3, 4) rows even, end P row. Bind off.

RIGHT FRONT: With smaller needles, cast on 35 (37, 39, 41) sts. Work in St st, beg K row, for 8 (14, 6, 12) rows. Dec 1 st at beg (neck edge) of next row, then at same edge every 5 (5, 6, 6)th row 12 more times AND AT THE SAME TIME when work measures same as back to armhole, shape raglan same as back at opposite edge. Fasten off rem st.

LEFT FRONT:Work same as Right Front, reversing shapings.

SLEEVES: With smaller needles, cast on 44 (48, 52, 56) sts. Work in St st, beg K row, for 2 rows. Shape sides by inc 1 st each end of next row, then every 4th row until there are 50 (56, 60, 66) sts. Work even until 3 (3 1/2, 4, 4 1/2)" from beg, end P row.

Shape Raglans: Bind off 4 sts at beg of next 2 rows. Work 2 rows even. DEC2 each end of next row, then every 5th row 8 (9, 10, 11) more time – 6 (8, 8, 10) sts. Work 3 (4, 3, 4) rows even, end P row. Bind off.

Sleeve Edging: With right side facing and larger needle, pick up and K44 (48, 52, 56) sts across lower edge of sleeve.
Next Row: Purl.
Next Row: K4 (6, 8, 1), * [K2tog] 3 times, [yo, K1] 6 times, [K2tog] 3 times; rep from * to last 4 (6, 8, 1) sts; K to end.
Next 2 Rows: Knit.
Rep last 4 rows three more times. Bind off in K.

Bolero Edging: Sew side seams. With larger needle, cast on 30 (30, 40, 40) sts for tie, then with right side facing, pick up and K140 (148, 156, 164) sts along bottom edge of bolero, cast on 30 (30, 40, 40) sts for tie – 200 (208, 236, 244) sts.
Next Row: K37 (32, 37, 32) sts, PM, P to last 37 (32, 36, 31) sts, PM, K to end.

Next Row: K to first marker, * [K2tog] 3 times, [yo, K1] 6 times, [K2tog] 3 times; rep from * to next marker; K to end.
Next 2 Rows: Knit.
Next Row: K to first marker, P to next marker, K to end.

Rep last 4 rows three more times, then rep the first 3 of these again AND AT THE SAME TIME when tie sections measure 1 1/2", bind off 30 (30, 40, 40) sts at beg of next 2 rows. Bind off.

FINISHING-Neckband: Sew raglan seams. Sew sleeve seams.
With right side facing and larger needle, pick up and K42 (45, 48, 51) sts up right front edge to back neck, 26 sts across back neck and 42 (45, 48, 51) sts down left front neck edge – 110 (116, 122, 128) sts. P 1 row.
Next Row: K1 (4, 7, 1), * [K2tog] 3 times, [yo, K1] 6 times, [K2tog] 3 times; rep from * to last 1 (4, 7, 1) sts; K to end. K 1 row. Bind off in K.

Tack edges of neckband to lower edging.
