FRONT AND BACK (Make 2 pieces alike):
Beginning at neck edge, cast on 39 sts. Border:Work 5 rows Garter st (Knit every row),
noting first row is Wrong Side.

st, M1, knit to end of row – 47 sts at end of Row 7.
Rows 8 and 10: Knit.
