MODA DEA™ "Flip™", Art. R101 (1.76 ounce/57 yard
ball): 4 (5, 6, 7) Balls No. 9338 Mocha CB.

RED HEART® "Super Saver®", Art. E300 (7 ounce/364 yard skeins): 3 (3, 4, 4) Skeins No. 330 Linen CA.

Knitting Needles: 9mm [US 13], 6mm [US 10].
Circular Knitting Needles: 6mm [US 10], 5mm [US 8]– 16".

Stitch holder, stitch marker, yarn needle.

GAUGE: 8 sts = 4"; 10 rows = 4" in St st holding 1 strand
each CA and CB together with 9mm needle. 16 sts = 4";18 rows = 4" in pat using 1 strand CA and 6mm needle.CHECK YOUR GAUGE. Use any size needles to obtain the gauges.

To Fit Bust: 30-32 (34-36, 38-40, 42-44)".
Finished Bust: 37 (41, 45, 49)".

BACK: With 9mm needle and holding 1 strand each CA
and CB together as one, cast on 37 (41, 45, 49) sts.

Row 1 (Right Side): K1, * P1, K1; rep from * across.

Row 2: P1, * K1, P1; rep from * across.
Now work even in St st, beg K row, until 10 1/2 (11, 11 1/2,
12)" from beg, end by working a P row.

Shape Armholes:
Bind off 3 sts at beg of the next 2
rows – 31 (35, 39, 43) sts.
Work even until 19 1/2 (20 1/2, 22, 23)" from beg, end by
working a P row. Bind off all sts.

FRONT:Work same as back until 16 1/2 (17 1/2, 19, 20)"
from beg, end by working a P row.
Divide for Neck/Shoulders: K10 (13, 15, 16) sts; turn
and place remaining sts on a holder. P 1 row.
Dec 1 st at neck edge every K row 1 (2, 2, 2) times – 9 (11,
13, 14) sts. Work even until front measures same as back.
Bind off sts for shoulder.
With right side facing, join yarns to sts on holder, bind off
center 11 (9, 9, 11) sts, K to end – 10 (13, 15, 16) sts.
Complete to correspond to first side.

SLEEVES: With 6mm needles and one strand CA, cast
on 33 (33, 35, 39) sts.

Row 1 (Right Side): Knit.

Row 2:
P1, * K1, P1; rep from * across.
Rep Rows 1 and 2 for pat, shaping sides by inc 1 st each
end of next row, then every 3rd row 11 (11, 21, 19) more
times, then every 4th row 7 (9, 2, 4) times, working added
sts into pat – 71 (75, 83, 87) sts.
Work even until 18 (19, 19 1/2, 20)" from beg, end by
working a wrong side row. Bind off.

FINISHING: Sew shoulder seams. Place center of sleeve
tops at shoulder seams and sew in place, sewing top 1
1/2" at each side of sleeves to underarm bind-off sts of
front and back. Sew side and sleeve seams.

Turtleneck: With right side facing, 5mm circular needle
and one strand of CA, beg at right shoulder seam and
pick up and K68 (68, 72, 74) sts evenly spaced around
neck opening. Place marker on needle to indicate
beg/end of rnds and work K1, P1 ribbing for 3". Change to
6mm circular needle and continue in ribbing until turtleneck
measures 6 1/2". Bind off loosely in ribbing.
