in pat. CHECK YOUR GAUGE. Use any size hook to obtain the
gauge.
RECTANGLE (Make 2): Ch 62. Row 1 (Right Side): Dc in 10th ch from hook, *
ch 3, skip next 3 ch, dc in next ch; rep from * across; turn –
14 ch-3 sps.
Row 2: Ch 1, sc in first dc, ch 3, * sc in next
dc, ch 3; rep from * to turning ch; sc in 4th ch of turning ch;
turn.
Row 3: Ch 6 (counts as a dc and ch-3), skip first
sc and skip next 3 ch, dc in next sc, * ch 3, dc in next sc; rep
from * across; turn.
Rows 4-55: Rep Rows 2 and 3. Fasten off. Weave
in ends. Rectangles should measure approximately 14" wide by
28" long.
FINISHING: Lay pieces out with right side facing
and note top, bottom, left and right edges. Sew bottom edge of first
rectangle to top 14" of right edge of the second rectangle;
sew bottom edge of second rectangle to top 14" of right edge
of the first rectangle.
