Circular Knitting Needles: 6mm [US 10] – 29", 24".
Double Pointed Needles: 6mm [US 10].

Stitch marker; yarn needle.

GAUGE: 15 sts = 4"; 22 rnds = 4" in St st (K every rnd.) CHECK YOUR GAUGE. Use any size needles to obtain the gauge.

Lower Edge Circumference: 51 1/4".
Length: 17 1/2" excluding turtleneck.

Beg at lower edge with 29" needle, cast on 192 sts; join, being careful not to twist sts. Place marker to indicate beginning of rnds. Change to shorter needle and then double pointed needles as required when decreasing.

Rnd 1 (RS): * K2, P2; rep from * around.
Rnd 2: Knit.

Rep last 2 rnds until approximately 1 1/2" from beg, end Rnd 1.

Now knit every rnd until approx 4 1/2" from beg.
