MODA DEA™ "Eden", Art. R116 (1.76 ounce/83 yard ball): 11 (12, 13) Balls No. 5330 Earth.

Crochet Hook: 6.5mm [US K-10.5].
Yarn needle; stitch markers.

GAUGE: 5 V-sts = 4"; 8 rows = 4" in pat. CHECK YOUR GAUGE. Use any size hook to obtain the gauge.

To Fit Bust: 30-32 (34-36, 38-40)".
Finished Bust Measurement: 35 1/2 (39, 42)".

BACK: Ch 70 (76, 82).
Row 1 (Right Side): (Dc, ch 1, dc) all in 5th ch from hook, * skip next 2 ch; (dc, ch 1, dc) all in next ch – v-st made; rep from * to last 2 ch; skip next ch, dc in last ch; turn – 22 (24, 26) v-sts.

Row 2: Ch 3, * v-st in ch-1 sp of next v-st; rep from * to last st; dc in top of ch-3; turn. NOTE: Work v-sts in ch-1 sp of v-st on row below unless otherwise directed.

Rep Row 2 for pat until 22 (23, 23)" from beg, end wrong side row.

Divide for Neck/Shoulders: Ch 3, v-st in next 6 (7, 8) v-sts; dc in ch-1 sp of next v-st; turn. Work one row even. Fasten off.

With right side facing, skip next 8 v-sts on last long row, join yarn in ch-1 sp of next v-st; ch 3, v-st in next 6 (7, 8) v-sts, dc in top of ch-3; turn. Work one row even. Fasten off.

FRONT: Work same as back until 16 (17, 17)" from beg, end wrong side row.

Divide for Neck-Next Row: Ch 3, v-st in next 10 (11, 12) v-sts, dc in ch-1 sp of next v-st; turn.
Next Row: Sl st in ch-1 sp of first v-st, ch 3, v-st in each v-st across; dc in top of ch-3; turn – 9 (10, 11) v-sts.
Next Row: Ch 3, v-st in each v-st, dc in sp between last v-st and ch-3; turn.
Next Row: Sl st in ch-1 sp of first v-st, ch 3, v-st in each v-st across; dc in top of ch-3; turn – 8 (9, 10) v-sts.

Rep last 2 rows twice more – 6 (7, 8) v-sts at end of last row. Work even until front measures same as back. Fasten off.

With right side facing, join in ch-1 sp of next free v-st on last long row; ch 3, v-st in next 10 (11, 12) v-sts, dc in top of ch-3; turn. Complete to correspond to first side, reversing shaping. Fasten off.

SLEEVES: Ch 34 (40, 40). Work same as back for 3 rows across 10 (12, 12) v-sts. Shape sides as follows:
Increase Row: Ch 3, v-st between first dc and first v-st, v-st in each v-st across, v-st between last v-st and ch-3, dc in top of ch-3; turn – 12 (14, 14) v-sts.
Work 3 rows even in pat. Rep Increase Row – 14 (16, 16) v-sts. Rep last 4 rows once more – 16 (18, 18) v-sts.

Work 5 rows even in pat. Rep Increase Row – 18 (20, 20) v-sts. Rep last 6 rows once more – 20 (22, 22) v-sts. Work even until 17 (18, 18)" from beg, end wrong side row. Fasten off.

FINISHING: Sew shoulder seams. Mark front and back 8 (9, 9)" down from shoulder seams. Place center of sleeve tops at shoulder seams and sew in place between markers; sew side and sleeve seams.

Neck Edging-Rnd 1: With right side facing, join yarn at left shoulder seam; ch 1, sc in seam, 2 sc in each row edge to last row before center "V"; draw up a lp in last row on left front, draw up a lp in first row on right front, yo and draw through all 3 lps on hook; 2 sc in each row edge to right shoulder seam, sc in seam, sc in each st across back; join with a sl st in first sc.
Rnd 2: Ch 1, sc in each sc to one sc before center "V"; draw up lp in next 3 sc, yo and draw through all 4 lps on hook; sc in each sc around; join. Fasten off. Weave in ends.
